Life circleHealthcare has been fantastic in this pandemic crisis situation. I needed caretaker for my mother who is a senior citizen and lives on her own and needed help and care urgently. I contacted life circle and they immediately got back to me. very efficient and impressive in regards to her response and service and sourced out a caretaker as we desired in that crisis situation and she kept me updated at every minute. Bimala who is the caretaker is very kind, helpful and good. Bimala turned up on time and has adjusted well with my mother and has made difference to my mothers health a well. I hired a qualified nursing staff from Life circle Homecare Services to care for my mother, who had sustained a head injury. They provided excellent care for approximately three months. I am very pleased with the service provided by the nurse. She was incredibly polite and demonstrated immense patience with my mother, even staying awake at night when needed. Such dedicated service providers are invaluable during critical times when family members cannot be present constantly. We had to avail a female attender to care for my MIL. The attender was exceptionally good, kind and gentle. She was very compassionate in dealing with the elderly and also prompt to notify us of any changes that she noticed. I would definitely want to thank Vijay sir in handling this for us. We have used the services of Life circle home care for the past 5 months . Every attender who came from this agency was verified and was mostly good . Immediate replacements also were provided when necessary. One of attenders stayed with us for almost 5 months Their service is absolutely wonderful. This service was referred to us by my friend who had used the same for her mother. When my father in law was hospitalized we approached them. The response was immediate. The same day the nursing manager came to the hospital to assess the patient and the same evening caregiver was assigned. They also take regular feedback from the patient as well as the family. The manager Ms Rachna was very prompt and helpful.She used to keep in touch to cross verify if the things are going on well and we shouldn’t face any problems.Her kind behaviour was what made us to go ahead with Life Circle leaving other service providers. ~ Shweta G

Service is good. Caretaker is doing his job so well. Taking care of patient as a family member. He has Good body buildup for taking care of healthy patient. Knowing medical terms well is beneficial for patient. We use the service for 9 am to 7 pm. For this they charge Rs 990/day which is balanced. Lifecircle asked for prior information about patient and tasks to be performed by care taker is providing clear idea about what to do, when to do, etc all questions answers you will get. Have availed the services of life circle Homecare for 2 months where 3 IV injections were required per day. Mr. Simon personally ensured that I get each of the injections on time. Not only that, he and his team members were available within 10 minutes whenever required for other medications. They are very professional, learned and cost-effective. I contacted Life Circle Servicefor physiotherapy home service for my back pain. They have a very great and smooth service. I had a few physiotherapy sessions with Dr Karuna, which helped me to recover faster and be at ease, reducing the pain. She is very caring and explained the issue and told me which things to be taken care of and explained about relevant exercises. I will definitely recommend Dr Karuna further. Life circle had helped me find my good physiotherapist on one single call. Excellent customer care ms Shirisha helped a lot and I appreciate the availed service from my dear physiotherapist. The physiotherapist was flexible with timings and attended to my care and gradually increased the duration also to treat me well until my pain and suffering was gone and she even suggested a few exercises along with treatment.
